I really would have liked this to be a five star rating but there were issues at the close which would have made others get up and walk out.AS for my wife and myself we did not really question what was on but there were issues at the close which would have made others get up and walk out.AS for my wife and myself we did not really question what was on the final bill of sale until we got home and I asked to see the bill and the math.To make a long story short we thought we bought the car a 2013 chevy Cruise LS Auto. for a certain price agreed to the price and thought we were getting a great deal which included GM points, and rebates which totaled$ 3400 dollars. THe final bill had all different numbers. WE went back twice to get an explanation which we still dont't really fully understand. I could go on and on about this but my wife who signed off on this deal says give it a rest. We never got the all weather mats which were more or less promised us by the salesman and received five years of free oil changes for our trouble. If you are interested in buying a car at East Hills Chevy in Douglaston N.Y. just be careful and don't be mislead by all the smiles and small talk make sure you understand everything before you sign on the bottom line. Oh and watch their fees too, and be prepared to walk out if your not completely at ease. More
