You strive for a first class experience. What a joke., I am glad you agree I make valid points. Maybe you should offer e a contract as a consultant. I have no clue what it takes to run a dealership, but I know I can do a better job than the clowns running your show. You need to change the culture from the top down. Everyone from Jamie to Ed to your individual service men are FOS! They tell you they will call, they tell you they will handle the issues. You wasted my time and money. If you offered to come to my house, flatbed the car to the dealership, pay me for the lost lease time, I still wouldn't allow you near my car. Show these comments to the owner and see if this is how he wants his business run. I think not!!!
