Jonathan Rad was very helpful when we picked up our new Equinox. He took as much time as needed to carefully and explicitly explain the onstar system, the navigation system, and the touch screen, the rever Equinox. I owned a Chevy Blazer for 13 years when I was hit on the Northern State Parkway by a tractor trailer, needless to say, with 210.000 miles it was a total loss. Frantically I search the web while disabled to see what other brands I could afford to buy. Each night ended with me going back to Cheverolet. I didn't think I would ever drive a Chevy again. In January I started going to dealerships and was treated horribly. I went on the internet and filled out an appplication for the Costco Autoprogram. I put down the vehicle that I wanted and a dealership name and contact person was e-mailed to me almost immediately. Within 10 to 15 minutes I received a phone call from Wayne Dunbar and while on the phone another person from the other dealership owned by EastHills called as well. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I explained to Wayne that I was a nonsense type of a girl who wanted to drive a Chevy again. Not only did he listen to my stories about my old truck and how much I loved it; but he set me up with a better price and a better Chevy Equinox a LT when I had been looking at a basic model. I was treated like part of their family. I even exchanged baby pictures with Perry. Everyone there was so friendly and happy. But the best person was Wayne Dunbar who listened and made a promise over the phone and followed through. I couldn't be more happier!! More
