I actually went to purchase a 2008 Escalade. Alex had a price of $36,000.00, after talking to him, he showed me around. I looked at the Escalade and with talking to him, he asked me 1 questions. I told him that I liked Cadillacs. We spoke some more for about an hour and he said before you decide I would like to show you something. He then showed me the Suburban. It was the color and interior that I wanted and also had the required seating that I needed for my 10 grandkids. He told me, he could get me on this car which is a 2012 for the same amount that I would pay for a 2008 Escalade. He did an excellent job in convincing me, I didn't feel rushed into making my decision and told him that I needed time to think about it. I thought about it for 4 hours and was sold. He did a wonderful, wonderful job!!!! To top it off he told me to go home and he would drop it off at my house, Happy Valentine's Day!! It was a pleasure to work with him, it's very hard to find people that are willing to take the time and not pressure you into something just for the sale. I highly recommend him! More

When i first walked in the door, I was greeted by "Cat". The dealership was busy, and even though she is the Internet Sales Manager, she took the time to make me feel comfortable. She stayed with us as I discussed consideration of a 2013 Equinox and the features I wanted. Both these individuals took me out and showed me an in-stock vehicle that met my needs, so we closed the deal right then and there. The lease price they gave me was very competitive and eliminated any former thoughts I had of leasing another Ford Escape. These two people are the reason I leased with East Hills. They are totally professional and totally customer-oriented. The delivery of my new Equinox was a similar experience. In fact Flavio picked my up at the Ford dealership where I had turned in my Escape which had come off lease. He drove me to East Hills to pick up my new vehicle. I visited this dealership with the intention of purchasing a unique Trailblazer SS for my 52nd birthday. I had seen it sitting outside the previous evening and fell in love with it, as I am a big B purchasing a unique Trailblazer SS for my 52nd birthday. I had seen it sitting outside the previous evening and fell in love with it, as I am a big Blazer fan, and would in fact, trade my old one in. Dennis was my assigned salesperson, and from the very beginning, he was very helpful and I felt that I have known him for many years. He's only 20 as of this writing, but he knows his stuff and he has a bright future ahead of him, no matter what he chooses to pursue. I dragged him around for a while checking out other vehicles for fun (sorry Dennis!), but there were none that could compare to MY SS! -You always have to be on your guard with dealers that are understandably trying to do as well for themselves as possible. Ultimately, Dennis and the financing staff worked with me on a previously-set monthly payment schedule, and in the end, I was very happy with the deal we worked out. These are folks just like you and me, and they are apparently committed to the sale once they feel the customer is also.
