A friend of ours who owns a Chevy recommended us to see the dealer who helped him but when we got to the place we were told there is no Mr. so and so working in there company. So I decided to leave. What I really like from the East Hill Chevy at Douglaston was the car dealer, Mr. Alex Steshenko, came out, followed us and not in a pushy attitude introduced himself and said, " I understand you are looking for a specific individual but perhaps if you give me an opportunity I would be glad to help you." For me his action was humble. Not everyone will come after you after you walk out not to mention that we went there it was almost to their closing time. He showed us multiple cars, took his time to explained & let me test drive.I felt bad that he has to stay late but it only shows that for him his customer(s)is important. Mr. Alex Steshenko helped me from day one up to the time I took my very first car home. He deligently and patiently showed me explained to me every features in the car. Around 2 years ago, my mom & I went to East Hills to have her car 2006 Equinox fixed. They were very nice & courteous to my mom. I decided whenever I'm ready to get a car, I'm going to East Hills. On 1/12/13 I went to East Hills for a used Chevy Equinox. I met Juan Nadal is/was very nice, helpful & also knows his stuff. Promptly returns phone calls. I recommend you going to East Hills and ask for Juan. On top of that he's a great guy and funny too ! On 1/14/13 I was offered a great deal on a leased 2013 Equinox which I love & am happy with it. Equinox is a great car - recommend it for everyone who wants a well made & safe car. I feel safe knowing my 71 year old mother is safe in hers. don't forget to ask for Juan, you won't be disappointed. More

I must say John and the rest of the staff were wonderful very helpfull in the purchase of My 2007 Hummer H3. They did not waste my time and showed me what I was interested in. Also a special mention to Catherine Rivera who kept me in mind when my initial visit they had sold the car I was interested in but she still kept an eye out and notified me as soon as a car of my interest did come there way.
