The lease on my non-Chevrolet sedan was coming due. I visited the non-Chervolet dealer on three occasions to get a new car on lease. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I sat down with Andy and told him exactly what I wanted in a car, what price I wanted to pay and how long I wanted the lease to run. He listened to me and right in front of me found the car with all the must-haves that I asked for. He then took me on a test drive. That clinched it for me. I was leasing a 2013 Malibu. As I signed papers, I lamented to Andy that I now had to return the non-Chevy car to the dealer. I was dreading having to meet with them again. That's when Andy became a true ANGEL. He said he would return the car to the other dealership for me. What a burden was lifted off my shoulders. Andy Boyles is the nicest and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. She drove her previous car (a non-Chevy) from Michigan to NY. Just days before she was to return to Michigan, the car broke down and wouldn't make it back to Michigan. I immediately called Andy, and within 24 hours, my daughter who is very picky, had another car, registered, financed and prepped for delivery! We picked the car up today, and she will be in Michigan with the new car tomorrow. Thank you, Andy! I can't say enough about Andy Boyes and the pleasant experience purchasing cars has been. Too often you hear of horror stories at dealerships. This is one dealership, and one salesman that makes the experience so pleasant, that I can't wait to buy again. No horror at East Hills! Andy is friendly and personable. He listens to what people say, and to what they want. He does not try to shove you in a car and out the door. He takes his time to make sure that you pick the correct vehicle for you, and get the best deal possible. He takes the time to know you, and find what fits for you and what your needs are.
