When I set out to purchase a new vehicle in October, I knew that a Chevy Suburban was the right car for my family since my wife and I frequ Evanson. When I set out to purchase a new vehicle in October, I knew that a Chevy Suburban was the right car for my family since my wife and I frequently haul our two small children on long road trips with a lot of luggage. Nonetheless, I looked at a few other vehicles, saving my visit to a Chevy dealer for last. When I finally visited East Hills Chevy, I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by Rick. The car-buying experience with Rick was flawless. He is an outstanding salesman – knowledgeable, patient, helpful, insightful, funny and on top of all that, an interesting person. The experience was like purchasing a car from an old friend. Not only did Rick spend a substantial amount of time with me on the Suburban, but before I made the inevitable decision to go with the Suburban, Rick showed me the Chevy Traverse and came along for a test drive. Once I knew that the Suburban was the choice, Rick took the time to sit down with me and build a custom 2013 Suburban. He even came along for a test drive all the way to my house to make sure the vehicle would fit in my garage, where he patiently answered tough questions from my wife and my mother while my children climbed on the seats.
