When I walked into the dealer, I was greated by Flavio. He was very friendly and pleasant. I had just started looking for a new vehicle and was sold immediately on the Equinox!!! I was so impressed with the Equinox that after shopping at other dealers, I came back and custom ordered by truck. East Hills Chevy was not pushy or obnoxious like other dealerships I had been to. I have purchased and leased quite a few car in my lifetime but can you imagine my surprise when Andy called me a few days after I purchased my Malibu to find out if everything was going ok. He then followed up with subsequent calls periodically, over the years, to find out if things were going well with the new car. Well it is now 2012 and I decided to lease a new 2013 Chevy Malibu. I wouldnt dream of dealing with anyone other than Andy Boyes. He is a wonderful, caring, and, non pushy salesman. I called him up on a Wednesday and I drove out with my beautiful new car on Saturday. The process was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. There is never a hassle, and questions are answered no matter how many times you call him. Andy went over a few options for me if I wanted to buy or lease a new car. I was never rushed and he is so patient. He is a terrific salesman and a great asset to East Hills Chevrolet. My husband and I have visited many Chevrolet dealers over the years, and we finally feel like we can stop shopping around now. All the staff at this dealership were warm and welcoming, and appeared to work the years, and we finally feel like we can stop shopping around now. In particular, our salesperson, Flavio Cepeda went above and beyond to help us, and even came in on his day off! The manager Bob Schwartz, was also very sensitive to our needs, and did everything he could to find the right vehicle for our family. There is no pressure, and everyone is laid back and eager to please. Our family lost our previous vehicle in the recent hurricane, and this dealership did everything they could to help us acquire a new vehicle as quickly as possible, and were empathetic to our situation. We are so glad to have found a dealership that we feel good doing business with, and feel at home. We will continue to buy GM vehicles from East Hills Douglaston in the future. More

I settled on the Malibu or Cruze, and went to East Hills due to location to my home. Juan Nadal sat with my wife and me, explained the auto options, took us for a test drive and closed the deal in less than two hours. I picked up my car two days later, and again was extremely impressed with Juan's professionalism, and with the professionalism of all of the East Hills staffers. This was by far the best dealership experience that my wife and I have ever had, and we would recommend East Hills and Juan to all friends and family. More
