I went to East Hills because I needed a car for a new job. I had visited 4 other dealerships and none were as prepared, even though I didn't have an appointment, friendly, or professional. Bob Poulos met me at the door and we began our discussion. He never tried to sell me anything other than what I told him I was looking for. This made the sales experience enjoyable and pain-free. We weren't pressured to add on options or get an extended warranty and once the deal was closed they handled the insurance and registration right on the spot so we were able to drive off with our new car on the very same day. I just bought a brand new 2012 Chevy Avalanche LT from this place. And I love it! Big Bob didn't BS me and worked with my requests. He'll work with you and most likely give you the shirt off his back. I really didn't think I was going to get my ideal truck, but Big Bob made it happen. Thanks bro. I got a great truck for a great price. Bob "behind the desk" got the gears moving on my paperwork and got me the approval I needed in record time. Hell yeah. Awesome! Finance John got me an excellent percentage on my monthly. You are the man! You guys at East Hills Chevrolet are great at what you do. Keep it up fellas! Listen, if you're reading this and still thinking if I'm full of mil archly or not, then go there and see for yourself. I went to several Chevy dealerships and let me tell you, East Hills Chevrolet is where you want to go get your Chevy. They have so many incentives/offers it's ridiculous. If you don't qualify for one, you might qualify for another. I kid you not. These guys won't steer your wrong. They'll tell you how it is and will work with you within reason. Wise words once said, "They can replace every vehicle in that lot but they can't replace you.." Big Bob, thanks for everything bro. I know you're reading this. Haha! Thank you so much. I started my quest by submitting a form through Costco for a Chevy Sonic. I reside in New Jersey so I was surprised to see that my dealer was in Douglaston (Queens), NY! (I figured NJ dealerships don't for a Chevy Sonic. I reside in New Jersey so I was surprised to see that my dealer was in Douglaston (Queens), NY! (I figured NJ dealerships don't participate in the Costco program.) Anyway that very evening I got a call from Bob Poulos. Bob was cordial and professional, told me he could get the exact car I wanted (i.e. turbo 6-speed), noted what I had to trade in, and made an appointment for the next Sunday afternoon. Long story short: we made deal that day and I came back about 5-weeks later to pick up my car (the car was "built" to my exact specifications) and I'm very happy with my purchase. Bob is a great guy, went out of his way for me, and this is the finest dealership I have ever done business with. More
