My wife and I were on the market for a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban for our growing family. Joe was involved at a distance and added his assistance as needed - even offering to have the vehicle delivered to our home since it can be a chore getting our three kids out the door - a value-added gesture that would have made the sale even more effcient had we taken them up on it. Scott quickly got us out of his office on the day of delivery and Dan spent the better part of an hour walking my wife through the vehicle's features including getting our iPhone's synced with Bluetooth and setting up the vehicle's complimentary 3-month OnStar servce. I was satisfied with the asking price of the vehicle and found it to be the best price among similar vehicle's offered by NY area dealers. Additionally, the finance terms Scott secured with the bank were fair. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend East Hills to other potential buyers. More

Right from the beginning Dan Brendler was a pleasure to deal with. I requested a internet quote and Dan called me back almost immediately. We agreed to meet the next day at the show room. Dan showed me a malibu in the showroom. We talked at length and Dan explained all of the features of the malibu. At this point I was convinced that the malibu was perfect for me. It sometimes can be an unpleasant experience trying to purchase a car but Dan made us feel very confortable from the very beginning. He was courteous, funny and very knowledgeable. Dan made sure we received all of the rebates we had coming to us. Once we purchased the car Dan took the time to show us first hand how everything from onstar to the very complicated bluetooth,radio etc worked.
