My experience with them has been BAD! I called GM financial yesterday and they told me i can bring it to any dealership in the USA to drop it off. Well funny thing is i called this morning I called GM financial yesterday and they told me i can bring it to any dealership in the USA to drop it off. Well funny thing is i called this morning the closest dealer East Hills Chevrolet in Douglaston, NY and was told by the sales assistant lady that they have no room for any lease returns. This was after she asked if i originally got the car from them. I knew they would try to pull this type of stuff and reason being i called once a while ago to get rear diff service and they told me they had no availability and to take it to my original dealer where i got it. This was on more then one occasion i was told this (we are booked up this month). I get the feeling they only want to work on cars purchased/leased there. Dealer where i leased the car from would take it back Monday after i called but its a trip for me and Uber isn't cheap the ride home. So i was trying to leave it with a dealer local but seems this is a issue, at least with East Hills Chevrolet.... More

Came in With A problem, Came out With an amazing Smile. First I would like to thank Customer Service Anita, she listened to every word I had to say and she knew I was in a spot that no one wants to be in. The Used Sales Manager, he told me exactly what my 2009 Traverse was going to be worth on an estimated guess he was a little off but nothing to crazy to be concerned about, because another dealership offered A WHOLE LOT LESS with out the problem. Joe B. then introduced me to one of his sales reps, Erik M. With Erik he did not give me a sales pitch he showed me the car, he was more of an expert tour guide than a sales representative who by the way went above and beyond and picked up my mom from work and drove her to the dealership. The Financial Director Jason was straight forward and told me the things i needed on my car for the warranty as well as. All in all this Team from the First phone call to the drive off of the Newer Vehicle was more than just an experience, I believe it was a journey well worth taking.
