As soon as I walked through the doors of the dealership I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carlos is the salesperson who was helping me with my purchase. He was not "pushy" in getting the sale nor was he annoyed or disinterested in my many questions (as was my experience in other dealerships). He took the time to go over the Equinox in compete detail and this was one of the reasons I returned to purchase the car. From there I met with Mike, who again was a gentleman who took the time to go over all the details of my purchase. Another great quality about the staff here from what I not only encountered personally but observed as well; is that they are All helpful and that helpfulness does not end once you make your purchase. Juan was very attentive and friendly. He didnt pressure us into buying something we didnt want or upgrading to a car with more bells and whistles. Dealing with him was like dealing with a friend.
