Yes, they are sooo nice when you purchase a car, but if there is a problem, look out. They are horrible and rude when you need help, if you are a female it is worse. We got a great deal on a 2010 Tahoe. JP was very helpful, We went to the dealer late on Thursday night (some gates were closed already), and he still took the time to show us the cars we wanted to see and ta We went to the dealer late on Thursday night (some gates were closed already), and he still took the time to show us the cars we wanted to see and take it for a test drive and do all the paper work. Once the financing was worked out, we went to pick up the car and again JP was very helpful and he went over the features of the car in detail. Since we picked up the car, he has followed up with us, to check how things are going. The Finace department was very helpful too. Michael took the time to explain and go over the details and the many questions my husband had. We walked away very satisfied with our purchase and the treatment at East Hill and its staff was great. My husband and I shopped around for a while and this was the only dealership that was not just trying to make a sale. BS is so common and they were straigth forward. My experience with East Hills Chevrolet was great. When I entered the dealership I was greeted at the door by Juan Nadal who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I explained to him what I was interested in and with his experience he explained to me the difference between the two trucks I wanted. The original truck that I wanted was sold that same day, So East Chevrolet showed great customer service by searching and locating a much better truck for the same price. After all the paper work was completed and it was time to pick up the truck, I did not have transportation that day so Juan came all the way to Brooklyn where I live to take me to pick up my truck. I would recommend East Hills Chevrolet to my friends and family who are looking for a vechicle. More
