I went to east hills Chevrolet looking for a chevy Cruze for my daughter. Here's a twist for you!! It turns out that I did not buy my car at East Hills Chevy HOWEVER, it was the best car buying experience that I could have ever had!! Read on... I saw the EXACT car I wanted right on the lot at another dealership. I was hours away from buying it when John himself called me from an internet lead and told me to come in and give them a chance to work with me. I am SOOO glad I did. I went in, I felt comfortable, like family, and we did work up a better deal and signed papers for a brand new car. I would just have to wait a few weeks for it. I was OK with that! In a twist of fate, it turned out that buying the car from the first dealership I saw it at would work out better for me. So what was I do to now? I called John and explained it all and he was NOTHING BUT UNDERSTANDING!!!! He was the best and gave me NO problem at all about the situation because he knew the other deal was better for me at this time. Does that happen in car dealerships? I have no idea, but I was SOOO pleaseantly surprised that there was not one ounce of hesitation to help me even though his dealership would now lose the sale. So there it is, the best non-car buying experience I ever had. With all this said, when it's time to buy my next car, my first stop will be at East Hills. I even baked them homemade cookies to thank them for making this process so painless. Visit John, ask for Jack! These two are class act guys! More
