I was recently researching used cars on the internet and came across a chevy impala for sale at East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston. After speaking with other dealerships and being transferred from person to came across a chevy impala for sale at East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston. After speaking with other dealerships and being transferred from person to person, only to be blown off, I was pleasantly surprised when I called East Hills and was connected to a real gentlemen named Perry. He not only answered all of my questions but double checked some fine points and called me back with more details as well as directions to his showroom in Douglaston. When I arrived, Perry brought the impala into the shop for me to inspect. There was no sales pressure and I was given plenty of time to look the car over. After a long test drive, we went back to the shop where I met another gentlemen named Victor, who appraised my trade in and gave me a fair price for my car. Two days later, my car was ready for pick up. Before making the trip from Staten Island, I called East Hills to confirm my pick up time, another gentlemen named David answered the phone and informed me that Perry wasn't in but he would gladly help me. David checked on my car, called me back with a pick up time and because I preferred an a.m. pickup, he pushed up the detailing of my car from p.m to a.m. When I arrived David was with another customer, so another salesmen named Andy came over to help. I informed him that I was Perry's customer and I was here to pick up my car. In short order Andy had my paperwork done, my car warmed up and spent as much time as he could showing me the workings of each dash control. I was very impressed with this dealership, the cars are fairly priced and the service is top notch. One more thing worth mentioning..After I got home, I noticed my sunroof was sticking. I called East Hills customer service and was told to bring the car in. The next day, Perry was there with a smile on his face and a cup of coffee for me. My car was brought into the shop and as I watched a mechanic wipe his feet and wash his hands before working on the interior of my car. I was on the road again in no time.
