Shady I was sold a security guard system for 4900 that I didnt need. And was told I would be able to cancel the service and be refunded. A week after filli I was sold a security guard system for 4900 that I didnt need. And was told I would be able to cancel the service and be refunded. A week after filling out a cancellation form I was told no because I live in N.Y. There was suppose to be stickers indicating the system was installed. I dont have any of that. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. There is no proof it was installed. And the numbers to the company provided on the forms they gave me are out of service. And have been getting the run around ever since I ask for the companys info . More

‘Free’ oil change and tire rotation I came in today for my first oil change and tire rotation. When I purchased my Silverado I was told this was free. However, now that I am here for ser I came in today for my first oil change and tire rotation. When I purchased my Silverado I was told this was free. However, now that I am here for service I was told the oil change is free but the tire rotation is $39.95. She told me that it would be free on the next service. She explained that they recommend 3,000 mike oil change for semi synthetic oil and I was past that mileage? The GM owners manual states that the 3,000 mile oil change is a myth. What a crock of xxxxe. It feels like a shake down for $40 bucks. More
