I ordered a customized Silverado and this establishment used every possible technique to acquire more money from me. My entire story is on yelp. Also I was supposed to get lifetime oil changes. Well that lasted 7 months. Now if I buy another truck they will give me that lifetime oil change !! All smoke and mirrors. When I tried to correspond with management regarding my issues, they tossed me from one manager to another. After they have your money, your useless to them. I do love my truck. Thank you Chevrolet but this place is heartless. I would stay away. More

Speedy service My wife was driving her car when she heard a big clunk. She felt something was wrong with the car. She was introduced to Keith who told her they would look at it asap. My family starting using East Hills Chevrolet a few years ago. My lease was coming due and my salesperson sent me a reminder. When I spoke to Joyce I told her how busy I was and didn't have time to come in. No worries.. We figured out the equipment I wanted on the new car and she had me fill out a credit app on their site. I came in on Monday, returned my Cruze and drove off with my new Trax in less then 2 hours.Joyce was so organized she made it so easy. Thanks for respecting my time. More
