Worst service center customer service ever. I called because my engine light was on. I still have my powertrain warranty, but the representative told me on the phone that the car has to wait ab I called because my engine light was on. The diagnosis (if the problem is not covered by the warranty) would be $259.99 and it would take a week to find out what the problem is. No loaner, fully swamped. Highly not recommended. More

I purchased a used 2012 Suburban back in 2015 from Easthills and owned it up until August of 2021. After already having a great experience at Easthills I went back because it was time for an upgrade and wound up purchasing another Suburban. I can't say enough about the used car sales team. From Yujin the sales associate who actually sold me the truck to Joe the unbelievable sales manager who made good on every promise he made and more. If you want to purchase a used or new GMC vehicle, you need to check these guys out. I'm 47 years old and I've purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. You won't find a more honest or helpful sales team. My 2018 Suburban needed a few things done in service so I was able to experience the service end as well. The service manager Anselmo listened to all my concerns and overlooked all of the work, making sure everything was done properly, right down to cleaning the truck before I left with it. He even worked up a sweat with me fixing a license plate bracket. Everyone there is friendly, polite and willing to help, right down to the service receptionists. As long as I'm purchasing GMC vehicles I'll be purchasing them from Easthills. More

i have been dealing with East Hiils Chevy of Douglaston thru 6 leases. Never had a really bad experience with my leasing salesperson, but I have to say that this new lease for my 2021 Chevy Equinox was ver thru 6 leases. Never had a really bad experience with my leasing salesperson, but I have to say that this new lease for my 2021 Chevy Equinox was very smooth. Sonia Mitsis did a very good job of seeing that i was satisfied with deal made. This new lease was a great deal for me as I got out of my lease early with the dealer buying my 2019 Equinox from GM financial and moving me into the new car smoothly. Sonia got me thru the transaction in a short time. Thank you Sonia. The only reason I deducted 1 star has to do with the ownership and not with the sales person who was excellent. Over all the time i have used this dealer I was able to pay with personal checks. They now only want a bank check or a charge card (and they do not accept AMEX). As a long term customer with a superb credit rating I felt annoyed and insulted. Other dealers in the area still take personal checks. I suggest they use a check guaranty company. That was my only complaint. More
