My dad was interested in a new vehicle. He had a 2003 Toyota Highlander and he wanted something similar or a little larger. He shopped around with Toyota, Honda, and Kia. He settled with Chevy. We went to see Alex twice, the first time my dad got an idea between the Equinox and the Traverse as well as monthly payments. My dad went shopping around through NY and Delaware. Alex was more than patient not knowing what the situation was since I wasn't on top of communicating with Alex since I wasn't aware my dad was shopping around. A couple months later we went back and the car and prices were not available any longer. Alex did his best and beyond to locate exactly what my dad was looking for at the price he wanted. Took a little while to get my dad to confirm since he never leased a car before. He finally decided and we went back the third time to lock the deal and process everything. Alex made everything seamless and as quick as possible in order for my dad to be in an out of the dealership. My dad has been nothing but happy with Alex, the process, and the car itself.
