My wife brought our new FY 2020 Suburban to East Hills to replace the battery. Our jeep has 36,029 miles of usage and our battery warranty was up to 36,000 miles. We were over by 29 miles and East Hills re replace the battery. Our jeep has 36,029 miles of usage and our battery warranty was up to 36,000 miles. We were over by 29 miles and East Hills refused to allow us to use the warranty coverage given we were over by a mere 29 miles. The East Hills Manager (Juan Carrera) was not accommodating and stated that he needed to call "Detroit" in order to see if he can extend us the warranty coverage. Overall, we had a terrible client/customer experience with the East Hills service department and the management team. Lastly, their prices are not competitive as the battery replacement cost was quoted at $350 dollars, but fortunately we were able to have a local mechanic in Manhasset replace the battery at $220. Steer clear my neighborhood friends and colleagues. Joe and Pina! More
