Awful experience On 9/13/16 I was asked my the dealer to write a favorable review on dealerrater.com and I did that. But now I wholeheartedly take it back. I have written my review on Yelp and will continue to write such reviews anywhere I can. I was almost going to be charged and extra $2K for a warranty I never asked for nor wanted. Also because my husband referred me to the dealership, he was to get a $250 referral reward. They are now saying he's not eligible Because we live in the same house. RIDICULOUS! Why wasn't this told to me the day I bought the car?! Lastly, I expressed my complaints to the used car mgr Rob Amendola. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed with his customer service to me. Claimed he as going to speak to his general manager and I would hear from him. 45 days and three emails later, I'm still waiting. I am most certainly taking up my complaints to corporate headquarters. More
