If I could give this a zero I would. They sold me a chevy tahie 2015 with 80,000 miles and after driving the truck for about a week it started leaking and smoking I brought it back they said they fixed it an tahie 2015 with 80,000 miles and after driving the truck for about a week it started leaking and smoking I brought it back they said they fixed it and then about two weeks later it started leaking again this time a different color fluid and it also noticed speaks when I accelerate. Now I being told they may have to replace the transmission. Been without my new purchase vehicle now for total of almost two weeks. The people were nice and friendly but the vehicle has been to the shop twice already and it's not even a month I've owned it. More

VEHICAL PRICING ON CAR WEBSITES SCAM? - Prices are stated so the websites (e.g. CarGurus, CarFax, etc.) list their vehicles as "great deals". When you call and ask very specific questions is when you learn so the websites (e.g. CarGurus, CarFax, etc.) list their vehicles as "great deals". When you call and ask very specific questions is when you learn about the excessive dealer acquisition and prep fees, and that you must finance through them - none of which are not included in the "Dealer's Price". In the end, the final cost for the car is above retail if you want to pay cash. Then they claim that all the disclaimers are "right there" - and they are not. If they willing be shady to get me to call, chances are I cannot trust them on the buying experience. Shame on you East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston - can't believe you would expose your brand to such shady tactics. Be transparent, open and honest - that is the way to earn customers' business. More
