I had placed a call to this Dealer because I was interested in taking a look at the new 2021 Chevy Tahoe Premier and take it for a test drive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Erick Mendoza who w interested in taking a look at the new 2021 Chevy Tahoe Premier and take it for a test drive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Erick Mendoza who was very friendly and we agree for me to stop by the dealer at a later day and time to take the Tahoe for a ride. I met Erick at the dealer and he was gracious enough to show me a few 2021 Chevy Tahoes since I had mentioned to him that I was looking for a specific color and interior. While there he allowed me to take one that was a base model for a test drive. I was very impressed wit the new 2021 Tahoe but they did not have the specific trim level and colors that I was looking for but he told me that he will start looking in their inventory to see if he could find one exactly how I wanted it. Due to the fact that I was actually getting to the Lease End of my current vehicle and that it was taking a little longer for this East Hills Chevrolet to get one that was in transit longer than expected I was offered a a great deal from another brand that I could not refuse so I had to end up leasing another vehicle than the Tahoe although the Tahoe had been my first choice. I need to say that it was not Erick's fault that he was not able to get Tahoe soon enough but what I can say is that Erick did try his best to get me that specific Tahoe. And although we were not able to make a sale I can honestly say that he was very friendly and professional and I will not hesitate in recommending Erick to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a vehicle from this Dealer. This was the third time I worked with Joyce Gold on getting a car. I had two previous leases, and this time I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease a new car or if I wanted to buy out my lease with the car getting a car.
