Although the service center's maintenance of my car is great, over the years the attitude of the representatives at the center has declined. Jonca Garcia called my husband's name and I correct that by telling her I am driving the car and bringing it to by service. I also give her my cell and told her about the problem with the car. I found out from my husband that she call him at his job to talk with him even though I gave her my cell, name, and the person to contact. Secondly, upon calling me she asks if I am under warranty which I answer, yes. I told her I had my card to show her, but she said she will find it, no problem. When I came to pick up my car, I was waiting patiently for one of the representative to call me. I realize the decline in attitude in the place when the woman I was waiting to call me did not acknowledge me, basically ignoring me until she was good and ready to take me. Not once tell me I will be with you, which would have been acceptable behavior. When she did look at me, without calling me over with an attitude she hands me a bill and told me to sign. I told her why I am being billed and now Jonca comes over and takes the paperwork. Now she is looking for my warranty and instead of apologizing for not doing so from the beginning, she is now telling me that I only have one more visit to go. Yeah, I have been with this dealership for over 6 years and now it is on a decline from how they value their customers. Not Good!!! More
Worst service center customer service ever. I called because my engine light was on. I still have my powertrain warranty, but the representative told me on the phone that the car has to wait ab I called because my engine light was on. I still have my powertrain warranty, but the representative told me on the phone that the car has to wait about 2 months to be serviced. The diagnosis (if the problem is not covered by the warranty) would be $259.99 and it would take a week to find out what the problem is. No loaner, fully swamped. Highly not recommended. More
This place ranks at the top for worst service. They hold your car for days without offering loaners and the service advisors are always too busy to get back to you or even call you with status updates. Even after they start "working" on your car, it takes days for them to diagnose the issue. I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after several visits withr the same exact ourcome I have nothing good to say about them. Unfortunately I have an extended warranty on my car and am dreading having to deal with this dealership for the long term but will start looking elsewhere to have my car serviced. This place simply sucks. More

After showing the mechanic myself that he made a big mistake & got an apology. Was still treated poorly. Juan service manager poor service skills & rude. Laura manager who should get trained on people skills. And I believe one of the main managers whose name was Charles I think which I came to try to make things right but turned out to be Master of the xxxx show. When you drive a Lexus for 20 years & deal with their customer service and then come to this Chevrolet dealer, & experience The Mickey Mouse Club, you definitely know the difference. Opened case & made a complaint with GM. What a poor representation of an American car company. If it wasn't a Corvette I would never buy a Chevrolet again just by this experience alone. More
Excellent service. I had my 7 year old with me and everyone was very kind to him. He was given crayons and paper to keep him entertained. Very happy with my used 2019 Chevy Suburban. Also, one more important piece of info...Jay Cooper Scott is a veteran and supports other veterans!!! More
Horrible Service from a terrible dealer Coming from someone who never puts in a bad review, this may be the worst car dealer I ever had the misfortune of dealing with, My 2 year old Suburban Coming from someone who never puts in a bad review, this may be the worst car dealer I ever had the misfortune of dealing with, My 2 year old Suburban had to be brought in for a potential transmission issue, which should never have happened with a new car. With that said, a repair that was suppose to take 1.5 days took 4. The car sat an entire day without being test driven when i was told at 5PM that it was finally test drive and that it could be a bad transmission (which we knew already). Other than one call from Keith (advising me that the $1000 fix is a good thing), i was told the car would be ready potentially by the end of the day. Never received a call that day or the next day until I called multiple times, put on hold, then sent to some answering service. When I finally got through, the answering agent had no idea that the car was fixed. Finally, when Keith took my call (allegedly busy helping others I was told), he informed me that I could come in an hour. I am not one of those annoying customers who call every half hour. I waited an entire day and a half before I was "forced" to call for an update. I am not a chronic complainer. Rather, I am a loyal GM/CHEVROLET buyer who is total frustrated by this dealer and their excuses for poor customer service and slow repair times. The only recommendation I would give for this dealer is to avoid them at all costs. More
