Nelson, the manager, was very straight forward and easy to work with as was Dominique and Amy. Since Dominique was off the second trip to the dealership, I worked with Amy. We test drove again and I picked her brain. I found her to be very knowledgeable and so very pleasant. It was delightful working with her she actually sold me on my Forester.
