Ashley was very informative about the vehicle and when we decided to make the purchase, she was honest and straightforward with negotiations. We had to wait 4 weeks for our Crosstrek as it was in transit from the factory and she kept us updated as to the vehicle's arrival time. The finance manager, Robert, was excellent. He, too, was straightforward and kind and no "games" like you might find at other dealerships. Ashley also introduced us to the Sales Manager and he was very nice as well. We are very happy we chose Donaldsons to purchase our new Crosstrek--which we love!! More
