When I arrived they were very professional, gave me a fair estimate, and were able to fix the problem within an hour of my arrival. I had been going to a local competitor for many years, but ever since the competitor built a big new fancy facility they seemed to lose their customer service/value in the process. I will now be looking to Jon Lancaster for all my vehicle needs going forward (as well as sharing my experiences at both Toyota dealers) with as many friends as possible. Both Danton and Mark were friendly and personable, explained every step of the process, asked if I had any questions as we went through each step (my first time leasing), and more than once asked if I needed anything to drink. When the banking portion of the process took a little longer than expected, they apologized. Mark oriented me and my wife to the car, and explained clearly how the maintenance service worked.
