We had an issue with our tires wearing out before the acceptable mileage. Mike went above and beyond in getting us the tires under the tire rewards program. Went to look at new vehicles as a dealer sale was being offered and spoke to new car sales person. He was very helpful in showing us only the models we had chosen to look at. When the reduced price was given to us by the sales person and a very fair trade-in allowance was offered on our present auto and no sales pressure applied, we purchased the new vehicle. When I went into to purchase the car, I had a number I wanted to meet, and with minimal back and forth, I was able to achieve that Lancaster Toyota. Kevin and the Prius technician went above and beyond to find out the cause for the "rattle" I've had since I got the car. They could have said - "Lady, learn to live with it - all cars have rattles", but find out the cause for the "rattle" I've had since I got the car. They searched out and determined the cause and got Toyota to cover the cost, even thou it was beyond the warranty period. There was actually something wrong that needed correction. I am so happy with how Kevin went to bat to get the cause determined and the fix made. He and the technician who worked on my car are just great. More

Due to a medical situation which keeps me from driving a manual transmission, I was forced to sell a year old non-Toyota vehicle. My wife and I have purchased two other Toyota's from Jon Lancaster, specific manual transmission, I was forced to sell a year old non-Toyota vehicle. My wife and I have purchased two other Toyota's from Jon Lancaster, specifically Taschi Chomor, in the past. I called her because I felt she would understand my situation and offer advice on my options. Not only did she offer advice, within two hours, we had what my wife and I believed to be an extremely fair appraisal on our year old vehicle and a ballpark number to start to trade with. We went in that afternoon and signed the papers for our new Corolla by six P.M. The entire process was more of a friendly discussion with family. Absolutely NO hard sell, NO pressure. Of course, I love my new Corolla. Great mileage, great driving experience. I would add that if you can't deal with Taschi, you should consider walking instead of driving! More
