I called because my vehicle had an immediate issue that impaired driving at high speeds (above 50 mph). When I arrived they were very professional, gave me a fair estimate, and were able to fix the problem within an hour of my arrival. I had been going to a local competitor for many years, but ever since the competitor built a big new fancy facility they seemed to lose their customer service/value in the process. I will now be looking to Jon Lancaster for all my vehicle needs going forward (as well as sharing my experiences at both Toyota dealers) with as many friends as possible. This was our first service for our new Camry Hybrid. I was able to come in without an appointment. Service was fast, courteous, and thorough. We had no intention of driving away in new vehicle yesterday yet, here we are now owners of 2008 Camry. Equally, when it came time for the paper work, John did an excellent job in explaining all the additional options and information on the forms. Working with Danton and Mark yesterday (7.22.10) was a pleasant experience for me. We had several email interactions before I came in. I had done research online regarding the quality of cars and fair pricing. My wife and I were treated kindly and, we believe, received a very fair deal on our new Corolla lease. Both Danton and Mark were friendly and personable, explained every step of the process, asked if I had any questions as we went through each step (my first time leasing), and more than once asked if I needed anything to drink. When the banking portion of the process took a little longer than expected, they apologized. Mark oriented me and my wife to the car, and explained clearly how the maintenance service worked. Both Danton and Mark invited me to call or email at any time I or my wife had a question about the car. I would highly recommend Danton and Mark to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. More

Just the facts, plain and simple with honest opinions about things if you asked. Also, really liked how he went through ALL the features of the car after we purchased--every button, dial, lever. Prevented the "what does this button do...get out the owners manual" a couple of days later. Nice touch. More
