Here is our story, 'My brother owns Acura TL and Nissan Altima, and was looking to buy a SUV so thought will try Toyota rav4 and Honda CRV. We were amazed by the huge car stock and grand show room. We were greeted at wonderful lobby by hesitant sales manager at 1.30pm, was advised to wait for few minutes for available sales person. But to our surprise, none of the freely roaming sales person approached us. On approaching again 2 hours later, sales manager (unapologetic) asked us to come back next week. Unfortunately, it was such a turned down experience. That my brother is not considering any Toyotas, especially from this particular dealer.' It may be a best place for others, but I regret about our avoidable bad experience. May be after recall Toyota is not planning to sell any more RAV4. More
