I liked our salesman Mike Busk. Not the typical car salesman pressures. Very easy to work with. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was very clean and a nice atmosphere to be in. I bought a 2010 Tacoma 4x4 from Shawn. I live in Missouri and was planning a trip to visit relatives. I thought there might be problems buying from a dealer out of state. I flew up to Madison and Shawn picked me up at the airport (even though he was on vacation). The price was great and the truck is also great. The more I drive the truck the better I like it. Shawn did not try and sell me on a bunch of options-I wanted a fairly bare vehicle. He did offer to help me find a source for a camper top that I did want. The entire deal went flawlessly. No high pressure anything. Shawn is a professional auto sales person and I recommend him to anyone who is interested in a vehicle. Thanks again Shawn-I hope to be a repeat customer. Neil Brunner More

I went for an oil change/inspection, while in town for a very serious medical appt. We got a loaner and informed the service person (Cody) that the phone would be off while in with the doctor. 2 other iss very serious medical appt. Cody left us a message and waited patiently for us to return his call. Once we approved the work, they got right to it and got our van done as soon as possible. They also checked my sun roof I had some concerns w/ and checked the spare tire that is on a recall for safety. Cody's sensitivity to our stress was so much appreciated. He even asked how we were doing, in a sensitive manner. Breast Cancer has caused me over 40 trips to Madison and that number continues to rise. This all adds up in vehicle use too. Jon Lancaster's Service Members have all been wonderful to me and my husband when we've gone in for service. Thanks All, we appreciate YOUR kindness. More

I stopped into Jon Lancaster to get pricing on a new Corolla. I requested Abby Riesen as a sales person based on a recommendation from my niece who had purchased a car from her previously. Abby was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning and the part I really liked was she did not use any of the pressure tactics that I had been subjected to at other dealerships. She gave us a good price on the new Corolla right away and we then had to do a small amount of dealing to get the price I wanted for my trade. As I said earlier I never felt pressured to make a deal on the spot. All in all I received the deal that I had in mind and Abby was very easy to work with, low pressure, explained all the things about the new car in detail, and was very helpful. Everyone at Jon Lancaster was very easy to work with, we were very happy with the buying experience. More

One of the primary reasons we came to Lancasters for a new vehicle was because we've been so happy with the maintenace there for our 2000 Camry (which has almost 200,000 miles on it.) While we said great for the price, we were happy with the incentives but also suffer from sticker shock (guess that's what happens when we wait ten years to buy a car!) More

I had my heart set on a Camry, but his knowledge and passion for cars got into me and before I knew it I was signing the paperwork on a Venza. I have to say I love the Venza, but I payed dearly for my daring move... my wife loved it too, so guess who is driving the Venza now? I guess that would be good news for Mr. Dalgaard, I have to get another car now. I had to drive over 400 miles to get thin one because I now live in another city, but the experience was so great that I wouldn't mind driving 400 miles again to buy another car from Jon Lancaster. More
