We knew what we wanted to pay, and after negociating with her supervisor, Tashi was able to get us the price we wanted. She also was a huge help in suggesting that we finance through Toyota that same day, so that we could drive the car home that day and not have to make another 5 hour trip to Madison. We cannot say enough positive things about this dealership! From the outside lot, to the showroom floor, to the pick up dock, to the financial officer, but especially Tasha, this dealership is the best we have ever dealt with. More

My RAV4 was totalled in an accident for which I was not at fault. My experience has been very positive. In the first place, when I visited Jon Lancaster to explore buying a Prius, I was given very clear advise and a test drive. The maintainance people have been excellent. Help is always available and the work is done quickly and correctly. One example: Last winter we were leaving town on a 2-week driving trip. While loading CD's into the system the CD became stuck and we could not make it load or unload. Jon Lancaster was only a mile out of our way so we stopped in. The service people fixed the problem before I could finish my free coffee. There was no charge. I would certainly go back to Jon Lancaster for my next car. More

Back in 2004, my husband and I had a growing family and decided to research vehicles. I thoroughly researched all brands and chose the Toyota Sienna. I was so pleased with our purchase and fell in love immediately with the van and how well we were treated throughout the entire purchase and maintanence processes. Peter was absolutely the best salesman that I had worked with over the years and when times got tough he was right there for me. I was in the middle of a messy divorce and could no longer afford my Sienna. It broke my heart, but Peter made sure that the kids and I were taken care of. I traded in the van and purchased my new Toyota Corolla that I still own. I love my vehicle and the services that come with it. Instead of dreading my maintanence routine, I look forward to going to Madison for my oil changes and any maintanence that it may need. The staff are super friendly and accomodating.
