We unfortunately chose the "Cash for Clunkers" week to purchase our Prius, and we didn't have a "clunker" to get rid of. Consequently, we had to order the Prius we wanted. We received exactly the Prius we ordered within the next month. Abby very patient in explaining all the technology and great features the Prius has. I really appreciated Abby's knowledge, thoroughness and positive,friendly disposition.
