I bought my first Toyota in November of 2006, and had the good fortune of working with Nate Riesen on that purchase. They never contacted me to give me an update, even when I e-mailed for information. After weeks of frustration, I went to Lancaster and met with Nate. I immediately felt that my interests were important, even though I was buying a low-end Toyota model. Within two weeks, I was driving off the lot in my new Yaris, and during that two weeks, Nate kept me updated through e-mail with information on my car's progress as it made its way to Madison. Recently, my fiance and I decided it was time for an upgrade. I made a point of getting in touch with Nate, and again found the experience to be nothing but positive. We ended up with an '08 Prius and could not be happier with the car or the buying experience. Within a few days of purchase, he checked in to see how things were going and to thank us. I also recently received an e-mail addressing the unintended acceleration concerns in Prius models, which was very informative and reassuring. It's nice to know that we're still thought of, even when the transaction is complete. His knowledge, friendliness, and post-purchase follow-ups have solidified his position as our car dealer. More
I have a very short list of car salesmen that I would recommend to others. Nate is one of only two salesmen that I felt provided us with excellent service. Everyone we worked with was great. Very friendly, negotiation was easy, no high-pressure tactics or trying to talk us into unwanted "extras", price was very reasonable. I have been very happy with my Prius purchase. From the minute I walked in the door to buy the car to the minute I drove it off the lot I felt that I was well taken care of. Even though the Prius is in the news a lot these days, I stand by my car. I think it is a fantastic car. I drive it every day and we have taken two long road trips with it over the year we have owned it and have never had a single issue with it. Toyota has always made a quality vehicle, I would buy another one in a heartbeat. More
I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 after searching out options and price on the internet. I emailed several dealers and Nate was the first to respond and gave me the most personal attention. I really felt he wanted me to be happy with my purchase before committing to buying the truck. I had some unusual questions about adding a plow to my truck. We contacted a local plow dealer together to get these questions answered. This personal attention was important to me, I knew I was going to buy a Tacoma and it was just a matter of where. There is a dealer much closer to my home that I could have gone to but they were less responsive to my initial inquiry and not very aggressive in following up on my contact. In the end, if a person has gathered pricing, financing and other relevant information on a purchase such as this the only thing left to cause them to choose a particular dealer is the quality of the personal interaction. The perception that you are special in that moment and that you will be remembered and treated the same way if you need future contact is very important. Customer Service; you gotta have it! More

Abby was working with us during 6 months. We were not ready to buy a new car. Abby gave us a lot of information, but we did not feel any pressure.
