I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 after searching out options and price on the internet. I emailed several dealers and Nate was the first to respond and gave me the most personal attention. I really felt he wanted me to be happy with my purchase before committing to buying the truck. I had some unusual questions about adding a plow to my truck. We contacted a local plow dealer together to get these questions answered. This personal attention was important to me, I knew I was going to buy a Tacoma and it was just a matter of where. There is a dealer much closer to my home that I could have gone to but they were less responsive to my initial inquiry and not very aggressive in following up on my contact. In the end, if a person has gathered pricing, financing and other relevant information on a purchase such as this the only thing left to cause them to choose a particular dealer is the quality of the personal interaction. The perception that you are special in that moment and that you will be remembered and treated the same way if you need future contact is very important. Customer Service; you gotta have it! More

Abby was working with us during 6 months. We were not ready to buy a new car. Abby gave us a lot of information, but we did not feel any pressure. Every time when we had meeting with Abby, we had a fee ready to buy a new car. Abby gave us a lot of information, but we did not feel any pressure. Overall the purchasing experience was pleasant. The salesperson, Nate, was very responsive to my needs and willing to listen to any special requests I had. I would recommend the sales department, but not service. Shawn has been awsome to work with and I feel that he really cares about me. On the other hand, your service department has been dissapointing. I have one of the recalled Toyota's. I have been complaining about the mileage since I got bought the car in November 2009. The gas pedal is very touchy and sometimes it zips off and others it doesn' respond immediately. It surges, and when I resume on the cruise control, sometimes it takes off so fast that it layes me back in the seat. Tammy Sue Johnson More
Nate was very informative. He walked my husband and I around the entire vehicle and could answer all of our questions. The sales process including the financial paperwork went smooth. Nate even bought us lunch while the new car was getting ready. When we returned, he helped us move our stuff from the old car to the new one. More
In 2008 December, my wife & I were struggling with our 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid on the snowy & icy roads of Madison, Wisconsin. We were thinking of trading it in for a SUV like vehicle which would do better on snowy, icy roads. However we had not made up our mind about the make of our new car or the dealer to approach. I had casually filled up inquiry forms on a couple of dealer websites including one for Toyota. One of them was John Lancaster. Immediately after that in a day or so I think Abby Riesen called me up and encouraged me to schedule an appointment. I still remember, she called me on friday afternoon and set an appointment for Saturday (the very next day). We then walked in to the dealership still not prepared to make a decision about which make to buy or which model to settle with. Abby received us with a very warm welcome and helped us understand our options at Toyota. I was actually very wary about the sales person tactics. But just after a few minutes of talking with Abby & Nate we felt very comfortable. They were extremely friendly and they set a very nice pace in our talks and were not pushy at all. They patiently answered all our questions and arranged for test drives of rav4, highlander, sienna etc.. I had expected to be in & out of the dealership in about a hour's time. But instead our appointment lasted for actually a few hours. Inspite of that both Abby & Nate were very patient encouraging & stayed with us while we kept changing our mind. Infact what we thought was going to be just an initial scouting visit to a dealer ended up being the last step of our decision making process. We actually walked out of the dealership with the decision to buy our Sienna and at John Lancaster only. The few hours that we spent with Abby & Nate on that Saturday is definitely the reason why we proudly own our Sienna today. They both took care even after the deal, to make sure we were still satisfied with our new vehicle. I think to sum it up, they both are just simply fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or dear ones! More

Matched lower price from another dealer. Was happy with condition of car at delivery. They work with Madiosn Auto Trim to have the truck bed cover installed so it was ready when I picked-up the truck. Inst condition of car at delivery.
