Did some price comparisons via the Internet and found Jon Lancaster competitive. Abby Riesen responded to my inquiry and was very helpful. Used vehicle, I basically was asked if I had questions, and had a very quick once over. The Service Dept-I was not impressed-felt I was taken advantage of on more than one occasion as I'm a female- mostly oil changes-I was told I needed a specific kind of oil, just to talk to my brother who said that was not so. On 2 occasions in a row, I was told I had a nail in my tire-I told the fellas that if it happened one more time, I'd think they were putting them in the tire. The look on their faces said that may be what was happening. At that point, I switched to a family member's service station as I can trust him. More
