We did not interact with any one person from the Service department. Everything was done over text messaging. We had a protective film installed over the hood, fenders, and external mirrors. The work was ou department. Everything was done over text messaging. We had a protective film installed over the hood, fenders, and external mirrors. The work was outstanding, although we did see a blemish on the right side of the front fender that appears to have been touched up with paint, but is now underneath the film. We did not see that blemish prior to delivery. Because we can't prove the damage was done during the time of service, we had to give four stars. More
