My experience at East Madison Toyota was awesome from start to finish. I called the dealership wanting a Grand Highlander with a bench seat and Sida told me there might be a wait but that they would do w start to finish. Lo and behold the next day he called with a car that perfectly matched what I wanted. Sida and Robyn then both helped me to get all my documentation ready before the sales meeting to speed things up. Two days later I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in less than two hours. I never felt pressured and everyone was super courteous including the Finance part with TJ. Overall as good as experience I can get buying a car! More
