I fully expected to give this dealership a five star rating. However, the salesperson had told me during the sales process that the RAV4s taken in on trade had the original factory tires replaced befor rating. However, the salesperson had told me during the sales process that the RAV4s taken in on trade had the original factory tires replaced before they resold. The reason being that they are not the best quality. After the purchase, I discovered they were not new tires but the originals. Very disappointed that the salesperson lied about saying this to me.
