After walking into the dealership and test drove the car one last time (actually first test drove @ Both Toyota in Norwood MA [thanks!]), my daughter almost decided not to buy. She was a little nervous making a big purchase. Both Andy and Alex were ok and did not apply any pressure and gave us time to think over and decide. Finally, my daughter decided to buy the car and is now getting used to it. Big thanks to both Andy and Alex for being supportive and making the purchase a very good experience. More

I was told it would take four hours for installation and alignment, and thought this was too long considering I had an appointment. Other tire installation places quoted approximately 2 hours wait for same service. They did only take three and a half hours so wasn't the worst. Also they charge $3.99 per tire to dispose. So I took my tires home( I can get rid of them for free with my garbage pickup) and ask to have that fee waived. After reviewing my invoice I was still charged $3.99 per tire so I had to call them back to get a credit. Service tech I spoke with was very nice and said that I would get credited on Monday. And he did throw in a free oil change for the hassle. More

We linked up with Dave Virgell almost immediately and he helped us sort through our needs and zero in on the car for us. One more visit to work out the financing and we were good to go. We worked with Tommy Johnson and he made the experience SO easy and enjoyable that we returned a couple days later to trade in our 2016 Honda CRV for a 2018 RAV4! There was no up-selling or trying to get us to buy something more expensive. Tommy was all about identifying and meeting our vehicle needs, and he nailed it! He also gave the entire experience a very personal touch by sharing about his family and making a genuine effort to get to know us. Though we hope our vehicles last a long time, we will be going back to East Madison Toyota and working with Tommy when it's time for new wheels. And we will DEFINITELY have all of our service performed there. Heck, I even took my Honda CRV there for service because the experience is so exceptional! We reviewed what type of car I was looking for, needs, and budget. I looked at a few on the inventory online and let Sida know which ones I was interested in seeing. Went in the next day to test drive a few cars.Sida was great in explaining features of the 2017 vs. the 2009. Found the 2017 Corolla that was a good fit for me. The process and paperwork was fast with a great rate and service along the way with various departments. I would recommend Sida and East Madison Toyota for your next car purchase. More
