All of the sales staff were helpful and courteous. East Madison Toyota obviously cares about customer satisfaction, great care is taken before cars ever make it to the lot, and the prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate that they include the CarFax report and all of the other vehicle information. They also have wi-fi available which was very useful for looking up needed information in the store.
