False advertising. Fraudulent Charges. Defect Cover-up Deceit. Deplorable. Disingenuous. Those words best summarize my experience with East Madison Toyota. They bait and switched us advertising Deceit. Deplorable. Disingenuous. Those words best summarize my experience with East Madison Toyota. They bait and switched us advertising a car and luring us to the dealership saying the car had features it did not. The window sticker (we bought a "certified pre-owned" 2015 Sienna) noted the car had no know defects with the electrical or cruise control system when in fact there were material & documented dealership flaws with both the electrical/cruise control system. Additionally, my wife and I found other defects (faulty remotes, broken parts, and poor vehicle prep) requiring countless follow-up calls and appointments. We were even billed for a premium after market accessory we requested but then they secretly installed an inferior model. Even worse, the sales team and staff either denied, tried to down play, and or showed little empathy in responding to the numerous problems. Over 1/2 a year later no resolution has been offered and we're stuck with a car full of problems compounded by an extremely poor dealership response. I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere, anywhere else would be better. More

I went in the evening to look at and test drive the car, and when I arrived David actually helped out with that process, and was also very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the team effort approach in providing great service to customers. Gary was very thorough with showing me the vehicle and seemed to have quite a lot of life experience with this industry. When I went back the next day to complete the sale, things seemed a little disorganized, but Gary was great, got the car washed and ready for me while I met with the finance guy. Even threw in new car mats, which the car had been missing. Would have been nice to have a second key with the car. More

He was very attentive to our needs and sought answers to all our questions. When we decided on our choice, he made sure we were aware of all our financing options and moved quickly to prepare our vehicle to take home. When the car turned out to need more detailing (I asked that more attention be paid to a particular spot on the driver's seat) and the seats were still damp from the shampooing, he offered to deliver the car to our home himself! We were content to wait a bit longer, but very much appreciated this offer to go above and beyond expectations. We are happy with our experience at East Madison Toyota and are particularly pleased that Shane Sorenson helped us through the process of buying our Highlander. More

They made my car buying experience both fun and stress-free! After my 1st phone conversation with Jason I knew I would buy my Highlander from him at East. My sister was also considering buying a Prius and I convinced her to look no further than East and their prices and customer service convinced her to buy a new 2016 at East. She made East her 1st and last stop for car buying! I had test driven a Highlander I thought I wanted at a certain West side Toyota dealership in Madison that I won't name, but lets just say claims to be "Smart". I left that west side dealership crying, feeling overwhelmed, stressed and questioning if I would even be able to afford ANY Highlander, much less the Limited! That same day I went online and was directed to East Toyota's website and Jason received my inquiry, called within minutes and immediately made me feel happy, and back on track!
