Hi Samantha, Sorry that you had a poor expereince purchasing a vehicle from our dealership. To me, it looks like we could have been more clean in terms of our pricing phylosophy. Indeed, we price our cars to market. Several factors play into the way that we price our vehicles including reconditioning costs, loan values market values from different dealers. We make an effort to price our pre-owned inventory each and every day in order to give you the best value for you rmoney. Our best price first attitude with our pre-owned inventory can be frustrating when 3rd party sources don't align with our asking price. Sorry for the hassle that creates, but our end goal is to make the process easy so you can enjoy your new vehicle without the need to bargain for hours. I'd like to look closer at the approvals from your lender and see if I can identify where things broke down. I however was not able to find record of a purchase or a deal in your name. Chris & Terra, First, let me applogize for the hassle of having a problem with one of our pre-owned vehicles. It is our mission to insepct and correct problems that we find when these vehicles come to us as trades. Sometimes things aren't detected during this inspection process and show-up some time after they are sold. Again, sorry for the hassle. As of last week Tuesday March 4, 2014 we have provided your dealership in Central Wisconsin with a PO# to bill us for the parts and labor which were needed to correct the problem. You say the problems occurred sometime after I purchased the vehicle, but it was not it was immediate. Also I had to spend several hours contacting you the day the water pump was leaking to even get a response. The service that I have gotten has been far from professional and courteous. A customer should not have to threaten to report a dealer to the DOT before they get a resolution. I realize that I received the email to repair this vehicle but that was three weeks after I contacted your dealership the first time. Does that seem professional or a timely manner to you?
