David Virgell in sales was friendly and good to get along with -- we laughed a lot, and he was good to have along for the test drive, too. I remember every test drive with a salesperson I've ever taken, and this is the first time I can say I liked having someone in sales in the vehicle with me. But I saved the best for last: Nathan Riesen. Nate was remarkable: Genuine, considerate, honest. I have left pleased with car and truck deals I have struck before a number of times, but I've never left feeling that I could believe in the other guy's integrity and kindness before I did business with Nate. Nate went out of his way to get me a better deal, which took a bit of legwork on his end, made him no extra money whatsoever, but saved me a bundle. He didn't have to; the deal was already signed. I would have shaken his hand and left a happy enough customer, and never been the wiser. But he did it anyway. These three guys, like the other folks I met at Jon Lancaster Toyota, were the real deal: Good people to do business with -- the best. More

I dropped my truck off for some wiring to be repaired related to the towing package. Some work was performed, but not what I had asked for. They were supposed to repair the trailer brakes and related w related to the towing package. Some work was performed, but not what I had asked for. They were supposed to repair the trailer brakes and related wiring/lights. They did not, and instead installed a whole new plug, different that what I had asked for. And what they did attempt to repair was done entirely wrong. The trailer lighting was wired incorrectly and inoperable. This took over 1 week, it should have been a few hours worth of work. I have since had the work done by a certified mechanic. They had a nice laugh at the expense of Lancaster. They found in-home wiring (like the wire behind your walls) used under the vehicle as part of the trailer wiring. Completely unacceptable that nobody at Lancaster was able to find this, and even worse if they were the ones who put it there. They also confirmed that all the new wiring that was put in was done entirely wrong, which is why nothing worked. I was assured by them that no certified tech had done any of the work, they said the mistakes were just too bad for that to be possible. Bob Fischer has been extremely difficult to deal with. My tally is up to 17 phone calls without a response in my attempt to get a full refund. A partial refund was offered, but that is unacceptable. I paid them several hundred dollars to be without a vehicle for over a week, and to get it back in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. More
