She found a good price for me and was extremely patient while I went though a few of their new Prius's. So I was extremely happy when I was able to come home with a nicer package including leather heated seats and a navigational system. She was very personable and meet the needs that a business women would need in a car! I would go back to her again just because she was there for me and found the car that was perfect for me! Everyone at the dealership was top-notch and professional. I already knew the exact truck I wanted and even where it was at in the country. I also had a really good idea what I should pay for it but dud not tell David that. Not only did David come back with a price that was even better than I had anticipated, but they gave me top dollar for my trade in. Within a week I had my new truck. Jon Lancaster was probably the 6th or 7th dealership that I visited within a month as I debated about what types of vehicle I would purchase before I finally settled on the Tacoma and it was the cleanest and most professional looking facility of all those that I visited. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. I think other dealerships can learn a lot from this one. In regards to the Tacoma, so far so good. It is my first Toyota product and I am hoping it will be as reliable as my 7yr old Mazda3 or the 10yr old Honda CRV that the Tacoma replaced. More
