Being able to get my payment plan to a monthly payment was crucial since I like to keep my credit score high and could only afford a certain monthly payment. Also, David Virgil was exceptional when taking me through learning about the Prius. My friend Peter also mentioned this and was very impressed with his knowledge and presentation. Thanks Dave. The only issue perhaps was the lengthy process but this is not the fault of Dave or the staff as both were quite fast. It's just the process of getting financing and getting a car ready and taking you through all the features, etc... That can't be helped. However, I did note that my friend Peter was kind of intimidated by that and stated he probably wouldn't buy a new car because of it. My suggestion might be that if you found a way to further stream line your already quick as could reasonably be expected process you might be able to entice people like him to at least think about a new car. Just a thought. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. More

I had an appointment set up with David Virgell on a Saturday afternoon in August. I was looking to lease a vehicle. I thought I would be standing around all day due to the high number of clients in the dealership. I was wrong. David greeted me right away as I entered the dealership. I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism that he and every employee displayed. I was also impressed with the level of "fun" that I had while looking at several different vehicles on the lot. David kept it professional and fun all at the same time. I would highly recommend him and Toyota dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease. I will defiantly be back visiting David when my lease is up to buy or lease again. Thank you David! This is the second car I have bought from Shawn in less than a year. The 1st vehicle was a 2011 Toyota 4 Runner SR5. The 2nd vehicle was a 2012 Toytoa Highlander. Shawn did a great job both times including great pricing and incentives. Shawn is busy, but responds to all needs in a timely manner. Although it took about 15 minutes after I arrived at the showroom for a sales rep to come talk to me, my experience from that point on was the best. I had just come from Smart where I bought my previous ca showroom for a sales rep to come talk to me, my experience from that point on was the best. I had just come from Smart where I bought my previous car (Corolla) 6 years ago and was planning to buy there. I decided I should get at least a comparison before buying a new car. Smart showed me just the Camry LE and didn't mention the SE. I actually thought I wanted a Corolla. I liked my experience at Smart but after working with Shawn, my experience with buying a car changed completely. Shawn asked questions without giving pressure and made sure he had made me aware of both different cars I might be interested in as well as options available. He made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgable about the products and their options that I felt he was steering me in the direction that was right for me. I have worked cusomer service for many years and have to say that Shawn has it all together. He knows his brand, the features and benefits and is able to support this brand while not putting down any competitor. I am so thankful I came to Jon Lancaster yesterday and although I had no intention of having a new car this fast, I feel completely satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. I have to also say that my experience with Chad in the financial end of things was equally comfortable and satisfying. He was thorough and presented what he thought would be in my best interest based on my driving history while never pressuring me to purchase something I didn't want. Thank you both. Dennis More

We bought another new veichle from Shaun 4 yrs ago and received the same service--excellent. He seems very sincere and REAL. He is not the slick talker that gives some auto salesmen a bad rep. My wife and I had a great experience leasing a 2012 Toyota Camry yesterday. From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted pleasantly by Trevor Barth to the moment we drove off the lot. Trevor was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the details about the vehicle as well as the lease and all of the details. He spent as much time as we needed to look at the vehicles and could easily answer any questions we had from the interior, exterior, to under the hood. Chad Ohiy in the Finance office was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and did his best to get us through the paperwork as fast as possible while still making sure that we understood everything that we were signing. Trevor took the time at the end to explain everything we asked of him and helped us to setup our bluetooth phones to work with the car. That is something we probably wouldn't have even known about until he explained it. And would have had to search through the manual on how to set it up. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will recommend Jon Lancaster to others in the future. More

I did not regret commuting from Milwaukee to buy my Camry from Shawn at all. The car is still running great and there's no problem at all so far. Another thing I like to praised Shawn for is that he's still in contact with me each month with a monthly email. I also wanted to point out that I was in the market for a FRS/BRZ and Shawn also went out of his way to help me. At the end, I settled on the BRZ but I appreciated him for his willingness to help. I will definitely shop at Jon Lancaster again if I'm in the market for a car. More
