She suggested a two-car solution that really works for our family (out of two impractical leases and into two new ones). The dealership -- especially John Wineke-- backed her up and put together a terrific deal for us. We are now proud owners of a RAV 4 and a Camry. Maria was very flexible and understanding throughout the entire process and accommodated our family by being flexible and patient in scheduling appointments and test drives. She added a very kind finishing touch by showing up on our car delivery date (on her day off, no less) with a friendly gift for our daughter. Thank you Maria! Buying a car from Nate and learning how to drive it with Abby was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had...not just car shopping, but just shopping. Told Nate I was dreading the experience and wanted it over as quickly as possible. He "read" my needs of wanting a very simple experience and he didn't over-sell me. I think the one word that sums up Nate's contribution to this positive experience is that he was real. I felt no pretense on his part and I didn't fee like a walking dollar. Working with Abby was similarly real and pleasurable. Maybe another word for them would be genuine. In any event, do EVERYTHING you can to keep those two happy. He is an exceptional sales person and he makes the whole experience a pleasure. You never get the feeling that you are being sold anything but rather that he is genuinely concerned with finding the right solution to your needs, whatever the outcome. He is an incredible professional with more product knowledge than anyone I have ever dealt with. After the sale, the rest of the organization is exceptional as well. I do have to say we don't have a whole lot of experience with the service department because we drive Toyota's. But when we do, they are top notch. We do take all of our cars in for routine maintenance across the street at the quick lube. the guys over there are great and do an outstanding job. All in all, a great experience and a great car as well. More
