This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Nate Riesen and Jon Lancaster. I was so satisfied with my first sales experience, and subsequent service experience through the ownership of that vehicle, Riesen and Jon Lancaster. Nate is always extremely friendly, patient, efficient, and willing to work WITH his customers to get them into a great vehicle at a great price. Nate was very helpful in answering all my questions as to the new features on this most recent vehicle. He also helped me get my cell phone to work thru the car radio. I purchased my first (2006 Highlander) and second (2012 Camry SE) Toyota from Nate. I was pleased with his knowledge the first time around and sought him out for my second purchase. Before I tell you about my experience at Jon Lancaster I must tell you about my days of car shopping leading up. I went to three other dealerships, including the one that I bought my last vehicle and could must tell you about my days of car shopping leading up. I went to three other dealerships, including the one that I bought my last vehicle and could hardly get any help. At one of the dealerships it took 30 minutes for anyone to greet me (out in lot) or ask if I had any questions. In another I had to walk in and ask questions and the person I talked to had to look up information about the car I was looking at - he didn't even know general information about a car on their showroom floor. I was convinced that we jumped back several decades and they honestly thought I wouldn't be actually buying a car since I am a woman. My first experience with Nate Riesen was in my living room on the computer! As my online sales rep he answered all of my questions and invited me for a test drive. I went out to Jon Lancaster and was presently surprised to see 4-5 sales people out front as if they were waiting for me to arrive. I, of course, asked for Nate and waited only a few minutes until he was available. Almost instantly he remembered our conversation the night before and remembered the cars I was interested in. Nate answered all of my questions and shared his personal experiences of owning a Toyota. Nate was also very interested in how much I drive and how many miles I put on in a year to make sure the car was a good fit. I can't recall who I worked with in finance but this also was a great experience. Since purchasing my car I have been to the service center several times for routine maintenance and have had the same pleasant experience. My Jon Lancaster experience as a whole was and still is delightful and I have recommended many people to Jon Lancaster since I purchased my red 2008 Toyota Prius. As if that wasn't enough, I found a little gift bag of chocolates and Nate's business card waiting in my new car when I left for home! Honestly, I can't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else.
