Quality of work - the accountant was new and had some issues with paperwork - asking us to sign documents that had no details filled in which wasn't good but he was friendly and explained that he was still new. Landon and accountant were both nice, not overbearing. The overall experience was good - not great because literally it took forever. We knew what vehicle we wanted, test drove it within 15 minutes of arriving at the lot, walked into the building at 2 pm from the test drive and didn't leave until after 6 pm with the vehicle because it was busy and everything seemed to take forever. We will definitely shop here for our next vehicle and ask for Landon. More

And, don't let the fact that she is female fool you because with her expertise she can talk specific car and truck facts with certainty. Her attention to detail and follow up on the transaction has been very good. She is personable, and honestly cares about customer satisfaction. She will undoubtedly see us back again. More

I have not had the car long, but I love it so far! Everyone I dealt with at Jon Lancaster was very helpful. Shawn and the rest of the sales staff were very straightforward with no sales pressure. There was very clear communication and Shawn made sure we understood all aspects of the new car sale. Shawn Stittleburg was the best car salesman I have dealt with. He was straight forward about price and was true to his word. He kept us in the loop without being pushy. Most of the negotiation took place with e-mails. All car purchases should be as easy as this. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone in the market for a car. More
Billy was great.Very low key, non-pushy, thorough, and personable. Stephen was great when I had my previous car in for big repairs and the new one to get mud flaps and door guards. John didn't close the deal very well. He left the room several times to ask questions and I told him to start the payments on the 1st of the month. He said they would start May 1 but I got a notice from SPP that the payments start on 4/20.So except for the closing, I am very pleased with the process of buying my new car. I have bought all 3 of my Toyotas at Jon Lancaster. More

I found Shawn very friendly and easy to work with. Everything we discussed prior to our arrival at the dealership was exactly as Shawn said it would be and the experience at the dealership was great. If you are the type of person who doesn't mind traveling a bit to get the best deal on a car, definitely give Shawn & Jon Lancaster Toyota a try. After trying to work with our local dealership multiple times only to be ignored and left outside forgotten about it was time to drive to a new dealership to get our first Toyota. After being impressed with the great e-price from Dave at Jon Lancaster I finalized a deal through email and several phone calls. It was very refreshing to arrive at a dealership 143 miles later to find that they stood behind everything verbally agreed upon and offered a level of customer service that was above anything I have experienced during a car purchase. I only wish they were local so I could have my new Camry serviced by them as opposed to my local dealer. More
