I originally started dealing with Jon Lancaster Toyota almost a month ago. From the get go we dealt with Trevor. We were in Hawaii at the time, stationed there, and dealing with a four hour time differenc almost a month ago. From the get go we dealt with Trevor. We were in Hawaii at the time, stationed there, and dealing with a four hour time difference. I let him know we were military PCS-ing to the area and in search of a Toyota Venza... I had very specific requests on which one I wanted as well, from options to colors. They beat any other prices I could find within a two hour radius of where we were moving, greater Chicagoland included, by far. Not only that, they held the exact car I wanted for THREE WEEKS for me, without a deposit, until we got into the area. We drove up today and finalized the deal and picked up our Venza. Not only was our Venza exactly as promised, so was the price, and they were actually able to beat our personal banks rate by .29%, which no dealership has ever been able to do for us before. I really can't say enough positive things about the dealership, I've never encountered one with such great people to deal with and so much integrity. Trevor and the finance manager, John, were awesome. We love our car, we love the price we got it for, we LOVE our rate, and we're blown away by the customer service we were shown... from half a world away, until we got here to pick it up. It's really nice, esp when your military and have so much going on with such a huge move, to find a place that will genuinely work with you and get you what you want. More
We started our search for a new Toyota ( V6Rav 4) via the internet quote process. Shawn Stittleburg was one of the people who responded and he worked hard for our business. The internet can be impersonal but Shawn worked with us on our needs via RFQ, email, and phone. Over time, it was clear that he was focused on our needs vs. trying to sell us something. We arranged an agreement via distance methods due to the positive relationship established. He is a good communicator, persistent, knowledgable and respectful. He provided good honest suggestions along the way and many of his suggestions were related to conversations with my wife early in the process; these suggestions were not financially beneficial from the sales side, but better met our true needs. He also balanced working with two people throughout the process. I started the process via the internet but was then gone on business. The middle stage was working with my wife where they found a vehicle and price in which they agreed. Then my wife was gone on travel and I ended up finalizing the deal and picking up the vehicle. Throughout the process Shawn effectively worked with both of us and again was very understanding of the changes along the way. Personally, I really appreciated how respectfully he worked with my wife during the process - that is not common in the industry. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Shawn was simply a very nice guy. He was positive, customer focused, detail-oriented, respectful to my college age daughter, and interested in ensuring we were fully satisfied. He was honestly disappointed that he couldn't meet both my wife and I since he had worked with both of us in the process. The dealership is 2.5 hrs. from our home, but we hope to stop by sometime so that both of us can thank him again. I also had an excellent experience with Matt Schnell, who handled the financial side of the transaction. He was also very customer focused, efficient, knowledgable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership for several reasons. One reason is that I believe I got a great deal. The price was good and I received a reasonable trade in value for my Jetta. Mike was our first contact. He showed us what we wanted to see without the heavy sell. John went out of his way to work with financing in order to get us in a new vehicle. I worked for GM for 25 yrs-therefore thats all I ever drove. My son-in-law suggested we see Shawn as we were very displeased with a 2011 Buick LaCrosse. We leased a Rave4 Shawn showed facts and figures where it was much better for us to drive this vehicle. Walked around it, showed us the interior, all the gadgets and gizmos, under the hood. We are senior citizens with lots of questions and we took lots of his time, and he never rushed us. I (we) never felt like he was pushing us into something. He showed where one vehicle was better for us than another. Great guy!! I will definately come back again because of him. More
