We originally went to Madison to buy a vehicle because Lancaster Toyota was honoring the USAA discount. We had tried a local dealer in Milwaukee but the service was quite poor. We were lured to Madison by Nate who followed up with us via phone call through the USAA site. Once we got to Lancaster and talked to Nate, we liked him instantly. He walked us out to all of the highlanders available - spent over an hour with us in side the car telling us the features of the car and all it had to offer. We were set on a particular color and he did all he could do to sell us one on the lot. However, he made sure we got the car we wanted and was never overly pushy. Once we picked up our vehicle, again Nate took us through all of the features on the car and hooked up our phones, garage door opener, etc. We had a fantastic experience with Nate and would definitely look to buy again from him in the future.
