My wife and I talked to four dealerships before we purchased our new Toyota Avalon. We drove from Minnesota to Madison, WI, to buy a RAV4 at the best price in the region according to a car pricing service available through Consumers Union online. He emailed me within 15 minutes,then I called and we talked about RAV4s available at the dealership and options.I asked for a finance application and received it, online, within 10 minutes. An hour later, we'd made our choice, filed our application,and picked a car by telephone with Shawn's help. We drove to Madison (3 hours, but we were saving $500)while the dealership prepped our new car. Everything was in order when we arrived, on a very busy Saturday afternoon for this dealership. We inspected the vehicle and alternately talked with Shawn and with Chad, in the finance department. We were done and left with our new RAV4 in about 2 and a half hours. All the people we worked with were professional, courteous, and efficient. I've purchased around 10 vehicles before; this was absolutely the best experience I've had. More

DJ knew I hadn't found the right car yet and only contacted me when he had a vehicle that fit my specifications. He was respectful, low key and personable.
